At Plush, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. This warranty policy outlines our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase.

What is Covered:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on all furniture items purchased from Plush. This includes:

• Structural integrity: Frames, joints, and support systems.
• Upholstery: Fabric and leather coverings, stitching, and seams.
• Mechanisms: Reclining mechanisms, drawers, and other moving parts.
• Finishes: Paint, stain, and protective coatings.

Warranty Period:

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and varies depending on the furniture category:

• Sofas and Chairs: 2 years
• Beds and Mattresses: 2 years
• Dining Tables and Chairs: 3 years
• Case Goods (dressers, nightstands, etc.): 2 years
• Other Furniture: 3 years

What is Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear: Expected wear and fading due to regular use.  
   
• Damage caused by misuse or neglect: Including improper cleaning, accidents, or modifications.
• Commercial use: Furniture used in non-residential settings.
• Products purchased "as is" or from unauthorized retailers.
• Damage caused by natural disasters or acts of God.

How to Make a Claim:

If you believe your furniture has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer support team at 1800 1000 or [e-mail]. You will need to provide:

• Proof of purchase: Such as your order number or receipt.  
   
• Photos or videos of the defect.
• A detailed description of the issue.

What We Will Do:

At our discretion, we will either:

• Repair the defective item.
• Replace the defective item with a comparable product.
• Issue a full or partial refund.

Limitations of Liability:

Plush's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or property damage.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
